Something where you would have full artistic liberty!
I'd love a design to be created in your style of me and my boyfriend.
There is a picture of us in my DeviantIDs and I'd love to see what you could come up with!
I've been searching all of DeviantArt for the people whom I think are the best of the best to do this...and you a certainly one of the best!
So, I'd love if you would allow me to request a little of your time to create a composition that includes us how you see us through your artistic eye!

Hi Courtney,
I am flattered by your lovely words. :) Thank you. Pretty recently I starting doing artwork full time, and when you asked if I did requests, I guess I misunderstood your question. I thought you were going to suggest something more of what you'd like to see in my gallery in the future, but your request honestly sounds more like I commission. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding, but these days of trying to make ends meet I can't really afford to do artwork for free.

My apologies. Good luck with your search, you two are a darling couple :)
